Our Environmental Commitment
Textile processing is traditionally resource-intensive. At Aaiswarya Dyeing Mills, we recognize our profound responsibility to mitigate our environmental footprint. We continuously invest in green technologies and circular economy principles to ensure that our operations are sustainable, preserving our planet for future generations.
Water Management
Water is the lifeblood of dyeing. We operate a highly efficient Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP) coupled with a Zero Liquid Discharge (ZLD) system. Over 85% of our processed water is treated, filtered through Reverse Osmosis (RO), and recycled back into our production lines.
Energy Efficiency
We utilize high-efficiency boilers with heat recovery systems to capture and reuse thermal energy. Furthermore, we are actively transitioning our electrical consumption to renewable sources, including a recently installed rooftop solar array.
Safe Chemistry
We strictly adhere to the MRSL (Manufacturing Restricted Substances List) guidelines. All our dyestuffs and chemicals are sourced from certified global manufacturers, ensuring our products are free from harmful substances (Azo-free, Oeko-Tex compliant).
Waste Reduction
Through optimized production planning and computer-controlled dye dispensing, we have drastically minimized chemical and fabric waste. Solid wastes are carefully segregated and sent to authorized recyclers.
