Founding & Inception
Incorporated in October 1993 in Vareli, Surat, with initial fabric dyeing capacity focused on traditional woven apparel fabrics.
HTHP Soft-Flow Expansion
Invested in high-temperature high-pressure (HTHP) soft-flow jet dyeing machines to process polyester, georgette, and crepe fabrics with superior liquor ratios.
Continuous Rotary Printing
Commissioned industrial multi-color rotary screen printing machinery, expanding print widths and introducing intricate multicolor repeat patterns.
Modern Finishing & Stenters
Installed multi-chamber heat-setting stenter frames with automatic weft straightening, digital moisture controls, and low-tension batchers.
Zero Liquid Discharge (ZLD) ETP Upgrade
Major sustainability modernization: biological effluent treatment combined with Multi-Effect Evaporation (MEE) and RO recycling for zero liquid discharge.
