Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP)

Pioneering industrial water recycling and Zero Liquid Discharge (ZLD) environmental management.

Zero Liquid Discharge

Closed-Loop Environmental Stewardship

At Aaiswarya, ecological sustainability is an engineered discipline. Our high-capacity Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP) processes all trade effluents generated across dyeing, printing, and washing processes.

The multi-stage treatment train integrates physical screening, primary chemical coagulation-flocculation, Dissolved Air Flotation (DAF), and secondary extended aeration biological digestion (MBBR / Activated Sludge).

Clarified effluent undergoes tertiary Ultra-Filtration (UF) and multi-stage Reverse Osmosis (RO), recovering over 85% of process water for immediate reuse back in the dyehouse. Residual brine is concentrated through Multi-Effect Evaporators (MEE) to achieve true Zero Liquid Discharge.

ETP Treatment Architecture

  • Primary Clarification & DAFEqualization, flash mixing, color removal, and suspended solids separation.
  • Secondary Biological DigestionAerobic bacterial reduction of biological oxygen demand (BOD) and COD.
  • Tertiary Ultra-Filtration & ROMembrane filtration removing TDS, salts, and residual color with >85% recovery.
  • Multi-Effect Evaporation (MEE)Thermal crystallization of reject brine for solid salt recovery, achieving ZLD.
