The International 4-Point Inspection System
Fabric quality is not merely chemical and physical; it is visual. At Aaiswarya, 100% of finished goods pass over wide, high-intensity illuminated inspection frames operated by certified visual quality inspectors.
We grade all defects using the globally recognized ASTM D5430 (4-Point Inspection System). Penalties from 1 to 4 points are assigned based on the linear length of flaws such as slubs, missing threads, stains, print misregistration, or color bars.
Only fabric rolls that score well below the acceptable buyer point limit (typically < 20-24 points per 100 square yards) are cleared for export packing. Each roll receives an electronic inspection sheet detailing flaw locations.

- Defects up to 3 inches1 Penalty Point
