In textile dyeing and printing, water quality directly governs shade brilliancy and chemical solubility. Calcium, magnesium ions, and trace iron salts cause dye precipitation, dull shades, and uneven lot-to-lot variances.
Our raw water treatment plant processes hundreds of kiloliters of intake water daily through dual-media pressure sand filters, activated carbon beds, and continuous ion-exchange softening resin beds.
The resulting soft process water maintains a hardness index below 5 ppm (CaCO3 equivalent) and neutral pH, providing an ultra-clean medium that maximizes dye uptake and reduces chemical consumption.
