Our manufacturing plant in Block No. 72, Vareli, Surat is architecturally mapped to streamline process logistics. Fabric progresses logically from raw grey inspection to scouring, bleaching, dyeing, printing, heat-setting, inspection, and rolling.
Spacious high-roof sheds with automated forced ventilation maintain ambient air quality, reducing humidity and thermal discomfort while protecting sensitive dyestuffs from environmental contamination.
The facility incorporates dedicated chemical prep rooms, piped automated chemical distribution, and wide internal transit corridors capable of accommodating heavy-duty pallet handling.
