Digital Textile Printing

Our high-speed industrial digital textile printers represent the frontier of modern fabric decoration. Without requiring physical screens or engraving downtime, high-resolution digital files translate directly into stunning textile reality.

Using micro-piezo printheads firing variable droplet sizes (3 to 12 picoliters), we achieve continuous-tone photographic gradients, complex watercolors, and crisp micro-text up to 1200 DPI resolution.

We run specialized reactive digital inks for cotton, modal, and viscose, as well as disperse inks for polyester and poly-blends, with dedicated in-line loop steaming and continuous open-width washing to ensure brilliant wash fastness.
